Between Hurricane Irma and an already planned vacation, I have really been out of the loop! Speaking of Irma, I hope that everyone and your residences ended up being okay after the storm.
Now that things are finally getting back to normal in our area, we can start back to taking care of ourselves.
I don't know about you all, but after all of the prep for Miss Irma and of course the continued clean up, I was so ready for a massage and adjustment! Now that you have taken care of your home and your children, it is time for you to take care of yourself! Maintenance/wellness treatments are great for your body. Good evening! I wanted to give a couple of simple stretches to the people that have desk jobs. With a desk job, it is easy for us to forget about proper posture. After awhile, we tend to find ourselves slouching with our head and shoulders forward. This will eventually put extra stress on our muscles and spine, then leading to pain. Below is a picture of some quick and simple stretches, which not only will give some relief, but remind us the importance of proper posture.
