This past weekend, we partnered up with Nova's Physician Assistant program at Island Coast High School for sports physicals! 👍🏻👩🏻⚕️ High School students need a new physical done every year if participating in sports! We have the necessary forms available in office, so get your son or daughters done today!

Every year we all try to make a New Year's Resolution and try to stick with it. Many of us are good about it for the first month or two, then we start slacking off. Or even worse, we just talk about doing our resolution and never get motivated enough to actually do it. So, let's have 2017 be the year where we stop talking about it and actually do it!!! Let this New Year help you to become the NEW, more motivated, happier, and healthier YOU! I personally made a couple of different resolutions. I want to become closer to God and more committed to my church and prayer life. It is something that I used to be more involved with and then I just let life get in the way. My other resolution is to continue with what I have been working on since August: Eating HEALTHIER. I refuse to call it a diet. I like to think of it more as a lifestyle change. I say this because I don't want to just eat healthier for a month, I want to commit to it for life. I am not saying that you can't cheat on it every so often, but make a "lifestyle change" that is doable. You CAN do it and you WILL feel better.
